If you fall ill while travelling and need medical attention
If you need medical care or help finding a medical institution, please call ERGO travel assistance +372 633 3746. Our medical care partner, InterAssist, will help you to find a suitable medical institution and, if necessary, guarantees the payment of costs to the medical institution.
If you pay for the treatment yourself, keep all the documents and invoices and, after returning to Estonia, submit them together with the application for indemnification to ERGO.
If your flight is delayed and you can’t make your next flight
Check with the airline first whether replacement tickets are offered or existing tickets can be exchanged for an additional fee. If this option is not offered, new flight tickets must be bought to continue the journey.
