If you have additional cover for a replacement car, we will organise a replacement car for you. You don’t have to look for a car. We can bring the car to the location of your choice. ERGO makes life smooth and comfortable, and there is no break in your daily trips.
We will give you a replacement car for the entire duration of the repairs, which will last at least 12 hours, but no longer than the number of days agreed upon in your insurance contract.
Without waiting time
If your vehicle is inoperable and in need of repair, you will receive a replacement car no later than the next working day after the damage has been registered.
In case of total destruction
If your vehicle is completely destroyed, we will provide you with a replacement vehicle until the compensation decision has been made.
Where can I get it?
The replacement vehicle can be picked up for free at the designated service centres in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Rakvere, Viljandi, Jõhvi, Haapsalu and Kuressaare. Outside Estonia, we will reimburse the agreed costs for the rental car.
We bring it to you
