General applications for life insurance
If you wish to report a change in your insurance contract information (address, telephone number, occupation, name, etc.) or to amend your insurance contract, please submit a signed or digitally signed application. You can submit the application to us by e-mail at elukindlustus@ergo.ee or at the nearest ERGO branch.
