When can ERGO motor hull insurance roadside assistance help?

Roadside assistance comes to the rescue if your car breaks down on the road, you drive off the road, a tyre goes flat, you suddenly run out of fuel or you've lost your car keys. This is free of charge with ERGO’s motor hull insurance.

MTPL accident

In the event of a traffic accident, we can advise you and, if necessary, help you fill in a claim form.

Accident abroad

In the case of an event outside Estonia, we will pay for the accommodation of the driver and one passenger for up to 2 nights.

Getting stuck

If the car is stuck, we pull it out of the snow or sand.

Start-up assistance

We will provide start-up assistance in case of an empty battery.

Flat tyre

In the event of a flat tyre, we will help to change it.

Lost keys

In case of lost keys, we will take you to pick up your replacement keys.
