Life insurance
Life insurance gives your employee the confidence that their family is financially insured even in the event of an accident or death.
We offer insurance cover until the employee reaches the age of 75, and the indemnity will be paid in the event of death as a result of illness or accident.
Insurance against cancer and up to 38 critical illnesses
For critical illness insurance, you can choose to insure your employee against cancer and 3 critical illnesses, or cancer and 38 of the most common critical illnesses. The insurance cover also extends to the employee’s children.
We provide insurance cover until employee reaches the age of 69. The waiting time is 6 months for cancer insurance and 3 months for critical illness insurance.
No work ability insurance
Insurance comes to the rescue if incapacity for work is determined for at least 12 consecutive months and is caused by illness or bodily injury.
The insurance applies to employees aged 18–64. The waiting time is 6 months, except in case of an accident.
Daily hospital allowance insurance
An insured event is a continuous hospital stay of at least 24 hours for medically justified treatment. The daily hospital allowance is paid up to 182 days a year.
Employees can be insured up to the age of 69. The waiting time is 60 days, except in case of an accident.
Accident insurance in Life Insurance+ policy
With accident insurance, one can choose insurance cover for disability indemnity (permanent disability), death indemnity, trauma indemnity, daily allowance, and supplementary medical assistance.

After the entry into force of the insurance policy, we will apply a waiting time of 3–6 months to some of the covers, during which the detected loss of working capacity or diagnosed illnesses will not be considered insured events.
In the case of corporate life insurance, the indemnity will be paid to the insured person specified in the contract in case of no work ability, critical illness, daily hospital allowance or an accident. In the event of the death of the insured person, the indemnity will be paid to the heirs of the insured person, to the person specified in the contract or to the company.
Yes, the payment of insurance premiums for the employee’s life insurance is considered a fringe benefit and has to be subject to income tax in accordance with the Income Tax Act.
Insurance premiums for the supplementary funded pension paid on behalf of the employee, which do not exceed 15% of the amount of payments paid to them and subject to income tax during the calendar year, or EUR 6,000, are not subject to income tax.
The insurance premium of a health insurance contract is not taxed as a fringe benefit in the amount of EUR 100 per employee per quarter in accordance with the conditions specified in the Income Tax Act.
