The indemnity covers reasonable and justified medical treatment expenses incurred as a result of an accident, which are not reimbursed by the Estonian Health Insurance Fund.

The daily allowance indemnifies you for the loss of income for each day of treatment while the certificate of incapacity for work applies, regardless of whether it is treatment in a hospital or at home. To be eligible, treatment must last for more than seven (7) days.

We offer indemnity for pain and suffering in the case of one-off temporary damage to health lasting at least seven (7) days.
