Instructions for obtaining documents from Estonian Tax and Customs Board site

1. A certificate from the Estonian Tax and Customs Board covering your employment over the last six months (www.emta.ee – “Registers and inquiries” – “Compilation of certificates” – “New certificate” – “Taxation data certificate” – tick the box next to “Entries made in the Employment Register”).
2. A screenshot from the Estonian Tax and Customs Board’s self-service portal (e-MTA) showing the employment register entry for your terminated employment (www.emta.ee - “Registers and inquiries” - “My employments”). In the “Employment status” filter, select all options, then open the entry by clicking its entry number. Please include the information on any suspensions of employment along with the screenshot of the employment register entry.
