Maarika Liivamägi will Join ERGO Baltic Management Board

The new Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of the ERGO Baltic Insurance companies
is Ms Maarika Liivamägi, she will be responsible for sales and
marketing in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania from the 1st of April 2011.

join our company and manage her areas of responsibility in successfully
way", said Mr Bagdonavicius, CEO of ERGO insurance companies in the
Baltic States.“Joining ERGO, one of the TOP market leaders, is a great opportunity and challenge. My main goal is the professional and sustainable strengthening of distribution as well as improvement of the market shares, ” said Liivamägi.
Ms Liivamägi served as Board member for Sales and Marketing of SEB Life and Pension products with SEB Bank Group in Estonia since 2006. Ms Liivamägi is well familiar with the pan-Baltic business approach and has been working with various international teams not only in the Baltic Countries but also in Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Sweden, Finland and the United States.
Ms Liivamägi has been appointed to the position by the Supervisory Board on the 15th of March 2011. This decisions will be valid after necessary approvals from local Supervisory Authorities.
The tasks of the CSO function were temporary covered by the respective board member Saulius Jokubaitis until 1st of April 2011.
